Front AC Controls work but wont work the air.

The AC controls will work but it wont work the air. Air stays on hi at all times. you can control where the air blows. Rear controls work fine its just the front.

It sounds like a couple things. First, the fact that it only runs on high leads me to believe that the blower motor resister is bad. As far as the AC, check to make sure the AC compressor is turning on. If it is, check the blend air door.
