I need to know your build date, not the model year but the actual date the vehicle was built. It should be on the information label on the drivers side door or door jamb. This vehicle has a very high coil failure rate which initially can damage the trigger side of the pcm, which will subsequentially continue to damage coils and create issues with the driver in the pcm. The codes and symptoms that you have provided to us lead me to believe that this is what you are dealing with. Research the ford tsb # 14-0059. And you will get a better understanding. Also you may want to call you local ford dealer and see if you can get the pcm re-programmed instead of replaced. And of course you will need to replace all of the coils. Was the one that you have already replaced showing any signs of melting or overheating?
