Codes P0340 and P0344, where are the camshaft position sensors located?

I am looking for a diagram of where the camshaft position sensors are located in the truck listed above Lariat model with a 5.4l 8-cylinder Triton. The videos I've watched do not match. I bought sensors and have a mechanic friend that will help me replace. I'm just trying to gain knowledge of where they are located and if we will need to take the valve cover off for repair. I understand there may be an issue with the phasers, timing chain, and/or tensioner. Hoping this will be something I can get fixed on my own.

Yep, you got the problem under control, if the sensors do not fix it then the front of the engine will need to come apart to replace the timing chain guides and camshaft actuators which is common. This video will show you how and I have included the sensor location as well in the images below.

P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Malfunction
P0344 - Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Intermittent

I can tell you the sensors will probably not fix it at 196k.
