I am getting water, underneath the rear seats, during a hard rain, and sometimes from the carwash. I am trying to figure out where it is coming in from. I know the 3rd tail light is sealed, I already went that route. I have heard that it can be from a bad window seal.

It could be the seal around the window or even around the doors. The best thing to do is have someone spray one area at a time with high pressure to see if you can locate where it is coming from. Have you tried that?

I have not yet. That was the next thing on my list to try. Is this a common problem with Dodge trucks ?

No, this isn't a common problem. I have owned them for basically all my life, one being an 08. I never had a problem and never had a customer come in with such a problem. Try the high pressure water. Have someone spray it while you stay inside and watch for leaks.
