wiring cut

hi, i bought a theft recovery vehicle online, and it doesnt start, i got a bunch of codes of the dealer, allot nearly all wiring are cut, what are my options?

You could have a real nightmare that could be very expensive to repair also. If you see cut wiring, then you need to order a new harness as a starting point and you will see if there are any components missing.
