electrical problem in dash

I have a 2008 Dodge Nitro that is having electrical issues. The blinkers, interior, head lights and wipers will go on and off when ever. It all seems to be related to a problem in the steering column. Is there an easy fix that I can do?

I'm having the same problem with my 2008 Nitro! Have you had this problem looked at and if so what was the solution? We have an appt to have the Nitro looked at this Friday, any help you can provide would be great.
