Start with a cooling system pressure test with the engine warm and the heater on, I feel that you may have a small coolant leak in the heater core, if there is no leak, there will be moisture entering the cabin around the window or the vents, using your A/c in conjunction with the heater will help remove the moisture on the screen, but this will not fix the main problem.

This was not so helpful. Took it to the shop and the said the recirclation door was stuck pen and no fresh air is getting into the cabin area. Not allowing the air to dry. Which is why it is worse when I have more people are on the car and it's cold outside. I think I should get the 2$ donation this could be helpful to many people.

Faulty heater cores account for about 95% of the problem you had, you must remember that I do not have the luxury of being able to inspect this first hand, but if you feel that the response you got was not helpful, you only have to contact the management and they will refund your $2.
