My 2008 Dodge Caravan just began making a clicking sound when it is started. The sound is almost the same as the blinkers, but slower. It's also not related to the hazard lights. The sound will go on for about a minute, stop for 5 seconds, and start again. Then, after about 5 minutes, stop altogether. Also, if I turn off the car, the sound doesn't stop.

Since it still does it after the engine is stopped, the obvious thing to do is open the hood and listen and feel for the source of the noise. If you find it, describe the part and its location. You might be hearing the emissions system purge solenoid cycling on and off. It could also be the leak detection pump pressurizing the fuel system to watch for signs of a leak. There are a number of self-tests that run after the engine is stopped.
