Squealing/grinding when accelerating

Whenever I accelerate the car hard it seems to make this weird squeal sound. It also hesitates when it's making this sound and it****** a little bit like something is holding the car back. There is no sound when accelerating lightly.

Have you checked to make sure it isn't the accessory belt that is loose?
