2008 Dodge Caliber Driving Car Today Sudden Dragged Right Able Steer Just Fine

I was driving my car today when all of a sudden it dragged to the right. I am able to steer it just fine, but it will randomly pull to the right, like the steering is slipping. It kind of feels like I am hydroplaning, but the road is dry. Also, the steering wheel seems to be looser than it normally is. What could the problem be?
