I can hear something is loose by my passenger front tire

I have almost like a loose metal sound coming front he front left wheel of my 2008 dodge avenger sxt v6 . Any idea what it might be..? Right near the left front tire there is almost like a loose metal that turning freely and I would like to know what it is?
