Fluctuating RPMs and intermittent stalling

My vehicle's RPMs drop after warmed up, I could be at a light an the RPMs drop then rise and it stalls every once in awhile. what do I do?

More then likely this is a vacuum leak. So let's start with this guide that will help check for a leak.

The other likely cause of this is a fuel issue so we also need to check the pressure when this happens so we can make sure the pressure is not dropping and then it stalls.
