outside mirrors do not work

I have a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country and the power outside mirrors do not work. The light comes on under the left and right buttons but the directional movement does not move the mirrors.

the light under the left and right buttons comes on but the directional movement of the mirrors does not work.

check the fuses and relay first and then the button that operates the mirrors.
