T&C CHrysler 2008--when daughter takes foot off gas--a thump is heard under the floor!

Time for an inspection by a live person. One suspect would be the front engine mount that is allowing the engine to rock more than normal. The mount is two metal brackets isolated from each other by a rubber insert. That rubber isolator can become deteriorated and allow the metal parts to hit each other.
