POWER WINDOWS WILL NOT WORK UNLESS I PRESS THE "TOP UP" BUTTON. WHEN I PRESS THIS BUTTON, I CAN HEAR THE TOP MOTOR RUN .
It is as if the top motor completes the top close cycle then backs off. When I press the top up button until the motor stops, the window controls work properly. Next time I lower the window, I have to repeat to get window to go up.
