2008 Chrysler Sebring It feels like it's missing!!

My car feels like it is missing when I push on the gas or when I go up hills I took it to O'Reillys to have them check my engine light and their computer told them it was something to do with base 1 and the worker went into the store and typed it in his computer to try and find out more about it but the computer couldn't tell him anything more. So what is wrong with my car? It just feels like it's missing and some times it will feel like a little bit of a jump when I go to stop and when I am stopped. Also feels like it is missing/losing power as I am driving it. Can u help me please?

unless you get the code number and whether it is a convertible,sedan etc. then we can't help you
