2008 Sebring engine light

my engine light came on my 2008 sebring convertible, i took it to the dealership, it read P2004, they told me it needed to be reflashed $75.00 i paid that then on the way home it came on again, then they told me it would be 700.00 to fix it, what is wrong

There is a TSB on this problem, if the flash dose not rectify the problem, it mentions that some models will require a new manifold, there may be some warranty on this i would ask about that and quote TSB 18-032-07, good luck
