2008 crysler sebring tail lights do not work.

The tail lights will not work on my car. The signal and brake lights
do work. I replace the taillight bulbs and the fuse. Neither fixed
the problem. Any suggestions, I am thinking it might be an electrical problem.

Could be the combo switch and headlight switch and missing ground or open wire on it-
