I'm experiencing vibrations when i reach speed of 40-50..most of vibration is felt on the floor while pressing the excelerator..I don't think it's a wheel balance issue because I've had the wheels balanced..

Broken tire belt, bent wheel, debris stuck between the wheel and brake rotor, debris stuck between the brake rotor and hub.
