2008 Chrysler 300 Heater Works Car Accelerating Swiftly Starts Blowing Cold Air

My heater works when my car is accelerating but swiftly starts blowing cold air when the car is at rest. I start my car in the morning to warm it but even after 30 minutes it still blows cold air until I start driving.

Make sure the engine is running at a normal operating temp,. Also, make sure the coolant is full.
