Had break issues since I bought this truck new in 2008. Had rear brakes put on 20000 miles ago and they are almost gone, also have had a shaking problem at high speeds. They have squeaked since the day I bought the truck.

When do you feel the shaking? Also, the noise can be caused by a few things. If the rotors are glazed, it will cause it. Excessive dust can also cause it. There is a product that you can apply to the pads to absorb vibration and eliminate noise. Check for that at the parts store when you get the new pads.
