bass goes out

2008 CHEVROLET SILVERADO

The bass would go out when the temp in the rear view mirror would get to 78 and now I loose the bass at 88. not sure if the temp has anything to do with it but it seams to.

When you say bass, I assume you are refering to the stereo. Is it a factory stereo?

Yes refering to the stereo and it is a factory stereo
