water pump on a 2008 impala

Do I need any special tools to fix a water pump in a 2008 impala and could I get a rough estement of what to expect a repair shop to cost please

No special tools. If a shop does the work, it calls for 1.5 hours labor + coolant...

The water pump (factory) is over 200.00 dollars. Aftermarket will be under 100.00.
