When accelerating over 40-55 mph my 2008 equinox hesitates, sputtering until it gets over 55 mph. It is a quick hesitation but never the less causes loss of speed while getting on the freeway. We have tried working with the dealer and the basic oil, gas etc changes nothing helps and it is only getting worse. This has been going on for many many months.

After further investigation I found a GM bulletin that describes the same issue. It claims GM has a repair that involves faulty spark plug wire harness. Talked to a different dealer than I had dealt with and sure enough they know about the problem! I have scheduled a appointment and hopefully I will have a fix. Will keep you all posted.
