I live in Panama and it is challenging to get repairs done here. I recently brought back parts from the US to have my mechanic change.
Recently changed was timing belt, seals, tensioner, water pump as well as the main belt and new tensioner.
Before that the ABS light and emergency light stayed on. Then the car was difficult to start and stay started sometimes. I had two places plug in the computer and they said the camshaft sensor needed changed. So, that was done.

The ABS and Emergency light have stayed on. About 2 months have passed and the engine light is on again and he tested it and again said the sensor is bad. The ABS and Emergency brake light come on and off. The engine light stays on.

Parts can take a long time to get here. Is there something making the sensor go bad? Why do the other lights come on and off? Please help!

First off, the scanner doesn't tell you a sensor is bad. It merely tells you that there is an issue in the circuit related to that sensor, not necessarily the sensor itself so someone trained in this has to troubleshoot the circuit to determine the cause. As far as the ABS problem, you need a scan tool capable of accessing the ABS module to read the codes in there.

Thank you for such a quick response!
I will try to find one with more knowledge on electrical problems.
Being a woman and not fluent in Spanish is a little trying so will work on this.
