hard to start cold, fuel pressure reeds key on engine off 85 psi when starts it reeds 62 psi en after a few seconds meter reeds 43 psi idling. could it be that the pressure of 85 psi is to hi for cold start? gm book says key on engine off 50-60 psi is this the problem of hard starting cold? got a lot of black/blue smoke when it fires up and smells like rich fuel consumpion.
