2008 Cadillac Escalade Rattling Noise Engine Compartment Start Car First Time

I have a rattling noise from the engine compartment when I start the car for the first time in the morning. It goes away after a few minutes. It rattles when the engine is idling down , not when I push the accelerator down.

Check to see if any of the heat shields are loose on the exhaust system.
