2008 Cadillac Cts This Happened Did Car Days Got Back Driver Seat Extremity

Don't know how this happened did not have my car for a few days but when I got it back the driver seat is extremity wobbly and leaning toward the right side it almost appears like it was off the track

That is the first thing to check, is it on track. If it is, check the bolts that hold it in place to see if they are loose.
