2008 Buick La Crosse Headlamp Low Beam Accessable Even Loosen Headlight

The headlamp low beam is not accessable....even when I loosen all the headlight assembly pins....no egress to access bulb...any suggestions?

unbolt retainer then lift both straight up then tilt lamp forward 1/4 to remove retainer and bulb
