2008 BMW 650i windows and top locked

I having troubles with my bmw 650i conv. 2008, the top its not working, the light in the console is flashing, also the windows not working, we had problems with the trunk lock, after made some corrections in the trunk lock, the windows start working, but not all the way, they goes half way and then they get lock again, so the windows are lock half way and the top won't do nothing, no up or down, not even a noise, can you help me?

Hello,

Yes the BMW top is a carefully choreographed event involving windows and latches to name a few. The light that is flashing because the computer has noticed that the correct sequence of events has changed disabling the system. Even if you correct the problem, chances are the dealer will need to clear the code, and be prompted to manually clear the system to re-enable the top operation.

This system is BMW only, very few independent garages have this capability.
