I was having some vibration in my steering and I thought it was just snow in the tires. It didn't go away so I brought it in the dealership. They said I need a new lower front wishbone, knuckle and bearing. How important is it that I fix this right away? Is this common and is it safe to drive like this?

Should be fixed sooner rather than late it will only get worse and it has the potential to become quite dangerous.
