2008 Bmw 523 Thinking Buying This Car Looking Heater On Full There Quite Lot

I am thinking of buying this car but when looking at it the heater was on full and there was quite a lot of vapour from the exhaust.
On turning the heater down the front screen fogged over very fast, was cleared as quickly but are these symtoms of a problem?

You seem to be experiencing normal operation as far as I can tell. I would recommend having the car inspected by a BMW knowledgeable technician before money changes hands, think of it as an insurance policy.
