if your accelerating down the road and brake they work fine but say i pull of my drive without engine revs brake pedal is hard as if servo isnt assisting brake pedal just like when engine isnt running

Either you have a vacuum leak to the booster or the booster itself is leaking.

by booster do you mean the electronic one that sits on the manifold as ive changed it also cant hear any leaks
