Hi All,

I have an 2008 A4 2TDi (130000km) it was giving an engine alarm there after loosing power significantly. Took it Audi for testing and they said the fuel pump needed to be replaced. But then they said my car was not staring anymore and the car never had any starting issues before.Got my self a second hand fuel pump and now the car is not starting at all. i really don't know what to do. Although i strongly believe its an electrical problem because the where some wires chowed by rats and i think maybe it might be the fuel pump relay that's not working properly.

Thank you.

See if there are any fault codes stored by the engine control computer.
