Acura TL Type S Condition

Hi - I am planning to buy a 2008 Acura TL type S with 43K miles and it drove recent. The guy confessed that he drove the car over 100 MPH and even got a ticket. I am not sure now how to make sure he dod not drove the car like that most of that time and did not take care of the car. Any suggestions/help?

Take it to a reputable auto shop and have them go thru it-

Even if I take the car to a auto shop they cannot estimate the internal damage if the car has been mishandled like that but again I am not an car expert so correct me if it is not true.
