2008 Acura CSX Security doesn't go off?

This sounds like the repair may have affected the keyless entry/security control system, the ignition switch/key cylinder area, or the immobilizer antenna/receiver wiring around the steering column. So if the immobilizer was damaged it will need to be replaced, also have you replaced the battery inside the remote? Here is what the part looks like and a video to help you change the battery out

The immo was changed, when I try to pair the immo again with the car using the obd, it’s shows it detects it, but then always has a communication error regardless which setting I click

Yep, so the system will need to be programmed. I mobile locksmith can do it for about $250.00 or you can have it towed tot he dealer or a shop that has the capability. You cant bypass the security system, it is part of the car.
