2007 Volkswagen Sharan Demist problems

The demist vent on drivers side appears to have become disconected from the heater somehow. The system works ok for the rest of the screen.

Anybody help me please

There is an electric motor that controls the diverter doors and it sound like that one is ba dor the linkage is broken or the door is stuck. Some of the lower dash will have to come out to even look at it. Here in the states we don't have the sharan, but they all work the same. All that stuffs in the dash. Call your local VW dealer and ask service if this is a common problem or what they think it might be. A GOOD serviceman will help. If they blow you off move on
