The cooling fan on my car has seized [not causing overheating issues though] the AC fan is working correctly [Big fan seized, smaller fan still works]. What could be the cause/causes of this problem and how would I go around fixing this? Thank you

If the fan is seized, a bearing or something internal must have gone bad. The only option is to replace the fan motor.
