2007 Vauxhall Zafira clutch problem?

Hi
my problem is I am struggling to get the car into 1st and reverse gears, sometimes I have to turn the engine off to get it into gear, also when I am in 1st waiting move off with my foot down on the clutch the car is trying to go forward even tho the clutch is fully down

Try to pump the clutch see if ant better if it is then you have air in the system and needs to be bled out if not need a clutch.

You will have air in the hydraulic system, as the last poster recommended, bleed the system and inspect for signs of fluid leak, not sure if this model has a concentric slave, if so if it is leaking the transmission will have to be removed to replace the unit.
