2007 Vauxhall Corsa Steering Wheel Twanging Noise

When I'm turning my steering wheel im getting a twanging noise, I've tried to check to see if it's a broken coil spring but I can't seem to see any damage, if its not that what else could it be?

Have a pro check it out. Could be strut mounts.

On the top of the strut is a small vylon bearing that often goes bad. Get them at a dealership. Also the coil spring pads can go bad. Don't rule out torsion bars if applicable.
