IV GOT AN VAUXHALL ASTRA VAN 2007, JUST HAD NEW GEAR LNKAGES PUT ON IT ,
BUT NOW IT JUST GOES INTO REVERSE WITH OUT LIFTING THE CATCH THING UP THATS ON THE GEAR STICK. AND ITS CONFUSEING BECAUSE I DONT KNOW IF IM IN FIRST GEAR OR REVERSE WHEN TAKING OF LOL ?????

take it back to whoever fitted the linkage, this may be an adjustment problem or the selector is faulty.
