2007 Toyota Tacoma Air Working Truck Fluids Full Checked Fuses Found

My air is not working in my truck. All my fluids are full and I checked the fuses and found no problem. The vents get warm when the heat is on but I get no air coming through the vents. I can hear the difference in noise when I change from air to defrost and so forth but still do not get air coming out. What is wrong?

Have the blower motor checked.
