Vehicle used for airport shuttle.Rear left cargo area carpet has been ripped away from quarter panel from luggage being set down against it hundreds of times.Bare metal exposed where insulation and carpet was glued. How to fix this?

,contact cement really works good to reglue it again use high heat stuff availabe at most hardware stores.
