2007 RAV4 instrument cluster light

The light on my instrument cluster goes out when I turn my headlights on. Is this a fuse that needs to be replaced or a bulb? This is on a 2007 Toyota RAV4. Issue occurred after replacing battery.

Are the exterior lights, taillight etc working correctly?
Are other interior illuminations lights, consoles, panels etc working correctly?
Have you checked the dash illuminations control adjustment?
