2007 Toyota Rav4 car loses power

Car suddenly loses power. When this happens the car kangaroos slightly then after a few mins. it drives as normal. This has happed twice. Car only passed M.O.T. this month. Would be grate full for any advice.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent them in US anyhow
