2007 Toyota RAV4 car loses power

Car suddenly loses power. When this happens the car kangaroos slightly then after a few mins. It drives as normal. This has happed twice. Car only passed M.O.T. This month. Would be grate full for any advice.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent them in US anyhow

Here is how to run the does because it sounds like the engine is misfiring, which a scan can tell us which cylinder is having the issue.

Here is how to change out the spark plugs and ignition coils in case you get a codes for one, which you should then do them all. These are a normal service items. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
