i have performed resistance test using an ohm meter on my IACV. it gives value 50.9 k ohm. is it bad?

i have cleaned throttle body many times with IACV, but still RPM drops when clutch is pressed. nw finally i read an article in which resisitance check diagnostic was displayed. m hvng thz value kindly tell me is it normal for my IACV. and also tell me hw to check wiring of ECM to IACV?

it is not as simple as that. the fact that it is not 0 ohms or infinity makes it ok as you are measuring the resistence of the windings in the motor. it is the controls that need checking from the ecm. you need a scan tool to manipulate the motor to work from full open to full closed.

as i said, it is not that simple and requires a scan tool for further checks.
