2007 Toyota Corolla knock

They toll the car in to my work shop that the car not turning and there is oil in the sump. I try to roll the engine and I found out that the camshaft got knocked I check the filter inside the cylinder head and it was so dirty but to cut the details short I have loose the engine and i am copling it back trying to set the timing but one of the cam is marked and the other is not. Please what am i going to do.

sounds like it needs a new cam if the belt/chain broke you bent valves and need that fixed. sounds like engine has h ad very poor maintenance and was terribly taken care of . we dont' have the 1.4 in U.S. but her eis what we have on timing marks. see pics
