Is this with all the sparkplugs out if so the engine is seized-up

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR REPLY..... WHAT IS IT TURNS ONLY 15 DEGREES WITH CAMS AND CHAIN OFF ? JUST WANNA MAKE SURE I'M DOING MY JOB RIGHT.... IT'S MY FIRST TIME ON CHAIN CARS... I THINK I'VE BENT THE VALVES WHILE STARTING THE CAR WHEN THE TIMING WAS OFF... I HOPE NOT... PLEASE HELP ME .. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE BY TOMORROW....

Its not an interference engine-Try turning the crankshaft one revolution unable to - investigate

Possibly something dropped into one of the cylinders.
