MY CAR SAT FOR A WEEK IN A SNOWY COLD PARKING SPACE, i NEEDED A JUMP START DUE TO A DEAD BATTERY AFTER IT STARTED AND THE JUMPER CABLES WERE DISCONNECTED THE CAR STAYED RUNNING BUT NOTHING WILL WORK, NO HEADLIGHTS , NO HORN, AND THE CAR WOULD NOT MOVE IN GEAR.
PLEASE HELP. I'M STILL STUCK.

Check for blown fuses under the hood and inside the car. They often blow from the surge when connecting jumper cables.

If this is the original battery, expect to need a new one real soon. Five years is all you can typically get. A good one should hold a charge long enough for the engine to start after the car was sitting for up to three weeks.
